August has more than 20 years experience in the food service industry. August's experience ranges from positions held as Pantry Chef at the Century Club in Muskegon, Sous' Chef at Spring Lake Country Club and Head Chef at Terra Verde Country Club in Nunica.
In addition to catering pig roasts at the Muskegon Yacht Club and Grand Haven Golf Club, graduation parties and rehearsal dinners, August has volunteered his time and culinary experience for the Spring Lake Laker's Athletic Association fundraising dinner for the past seven years. |
